Today, Jie and I worked on modifying Horizon notices requested by branch staff. After much testing and printing we determined that there is little lead way for customizing notices to suit our needs. As suspected, a variety of fields and notice language share one common notice. Therefore, if you change one aspect for a notice it will effect other notices as well.
